Others focus on remodeling kitchen and bathrooms. PMR's specialty has been fixing and flipping houses, which is why the major remodels is our favorite type of project.
Thanks to our success on this street, we were able to sell this property before the project was finished. The new homeowners witnesses the final couple of weeks and saw their future home transform into the final product. We let them cooperate on some final finishes like the kitchen back splash and vanity mirrors.

Garage was rebuilt including a new foundation. The added space a gave the house a huge master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom and walk in closet.
One-story home on a corner lot that due to unfortunate events had to be done twice. House had been abandoned for two years before it landed in our hands. After cleaning the property, we leveled a sunken living room and redesigned the house to gave it a modern look. House hit the market a week before hurricane Harvey.

Patricio Gonzalez and PM Renovations did an AMAZING job renovating our home. Our house was built in the 1960s and PM Renovations completely updated the whole house before we bought it from them. When we had the house inspected the inspector said the house was extremely well built and was very impressed with the work that was done by Patricio and his team. Shortly after we moved in we decided we wanted to frame out the wall separating the formal living room and living room to create an open space so I called Patricio to see if they would be able to do this. They had the job finished in under a week

Such a great team to work with! After many projects together they keep surprising me with new ways to make a home stand out and be memorable. From over sized kitchens to gigantic baths, the result of their work is always so amazingly unexpected. They really do think of everything the home owner will need, such as creating storage space where there never was! This guys love what they do and make you enjoy the process with them! Can't say enough great things about them!
