While attending college at Fort Hays State in pursuit of a degree in Construction Technology, I worked at a small custom cabinet shop in Hays, Kansas. I learned the trade and upon completion of my degree, decided to start Dohrman Custom Cabinetry. Fresh out of college and full of ambition, I broke ground on a 2,400 square foot shop.
With my business growing and my family growing even faster, my wife and I decided to relocate between Mcpherson and Lindsborg to be closer to her work. I currently have 5 employees and operate out of my new, 6,000 square foot facility, complete with a showroom! I regularly travel within a two hour radius, but am willing to travel further.
I truly enjoy this trade and love seeing projects come together. If given the opportunity, you will see the difference in working with someone who has the knowledge, expertise, and desire to do things right!
