Services
Interior walls are 2"x4" on 16" centers with 1/2" sheetrock painted, your choice of paint color. The roof structure is composed of engineered 4"x 12" pitch truss frame rafters, 5/8" OSB sheathing, 15# Felt, Asphalt, Heritage style shingles, and ridge vent. Water lines are 1/2 Pex with a Manabloc system.
