We bought a new summer home in NH and we needed to install a security system to obtain home owners insurance. We don't live in NH and I was only going to be there for a week or so before flying home. I called Total Security on Thursday, spoke to Kristy and explained what I needed. She had Jordan come the next day to look over the house and provide an estimate. On Saturday Kevin came and installed the system and on Monday Paul came to update the firmware and make sure everything was working properly. All at a very competitive price. They are a local business that provides a great service at a reasonable price. I was hugely impressed. The entire staff is very good, but I must call out Kristy who made it all happen. She is organized, meets her commitments and follows up. She and the team did a great job and I could not be happier as a customer. Terrific job by a company that really takes customer service to heart! I would recommend them without reservation.
