What's unique about our company? The owner, Bart Holmes was not only born and raised in Palm Beach County, but started his career in air-conditioning at age 16 as part of a program offered by his high school and now has over 3 decades of experience, most of that as a contractor/business owner. He is still an active participant in the field, runs one of the service trucks himself, and many times will be one of the technicians at your home.
Employees have been hand-picked by Bart himself. He keeps his company at a manageable level which allows him to be easily-accessible to both his clients and employees and allows him on the rare occasions that his technicians may need an extra set of hands, to be there on the job or to consult with on any issue.
Bart also makes time in his schedule to be on-site for any new equipment installs, doing start-up on the new equipment himself. Bart's easy-going approach, honesty, tenacity, ability and experience is very simply, hard to find in this area. We are professional, patient, and fair with our customers, which has proven over the years, a good, solid business motto that works.

Whether your home or business needs a whole new HVAC installation, a/c repair, air duct sanitizing, a maintenance contract or just a drain cleaning & tune-up, our technicians have the skills and knowledge to do it all and can diagnose and solve problems quickly, saving you time and money. If your a/c needs repair, or a 20-point inspection with a "clean & tune" we do diligence to repair it or give you advice and choices if it cannot be fixed.

Bart came to fix my AC on a Friday night when no other company would even consider it. He was helpful and took care of me. A few month later i had another issue, that i caused, and i had no doubt who to call. Called him and within an hour he was out at my house and was there until i was up and running. You got problems, need help? Bart is the man. Highly recommend Holmes Cooling and Heating!!!!!!!!!! 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

We were new to the area, and needed work done, fast. To make matters worse, only our daughter (22) was at the home at the time. We called Holmes and hoped for the best. Our experience was better than our expectations! Not only was the work performed professionally, correctly (no problems since), and fairly, but Mr. Holmes was able to recommend other resources in the area, and even identified an electrical problem for our daughter and helped get someone out there to fix it. We will always rely on Holmes Cooling for any and all future needs

Excellent service! Bart was very quick to come and take care of the issues. He was great about explaining the problems and what was being done. The price was fair and the work done was quality.
