Jose V showed up on time. Was very professional, polite, very detailed and thorough. My a/c is on the roof. He explained everything he was going to do. He checked and told me the unit was very clean and appears to be working fine. I called them because I had a musty odor coming from the vents inside my house. He cleaned the unit where he saw some dirt/debris that was probably causing the smell. Hopefully that cleared up the problem. We'll see but I was very impressed and satisfied with Jose. He's been with the company for 16 yrs which gives me a very comfortable feeling.

Aaron was the top shelf of service professionals I have ever encountered. This was the first time anyone went through my AC Heating system from the top to the bottom. After a bad experience with a different company earlier in the day, who recommended a full system replacement, I called Air-Ref at the suggestion of the Trane website. They were able to come out within a few hours. Our technician, Dan, was really outstanding! He quickly diagnosed and found the problem (a refrigerant line that was damaged by roof work on the condo). He was able to patch the leak, and recharge our system, for a very reasonable cost (especially in comparison to a full replacement which would not have fixed the problem anyway). I would HIGHLY recommend Air-Ref, and Dan. Quality, Value

Aaron was very professional. He knew what he was doing, explained in detail the issues with the AC. Helped my parents how to keep the thermostat set and even marked it for them. Then cleaned the filter and left the AC running back up! Will definitely call them again and recommend them!

I had an emergency need for AC repair, and Air-Ref was responsive and professional. My technician, Michael, was courteous and thorough, checking inside my unit, ensuring the drain pipe was cleared, and confirming the compressor was running well.
I called the answering service on a Saturday and was called back within 45 minutes. Within an hour of calling, a technician was at my house.

The a/c technician, Waheed, arrived promptly. He was was very knowledgeable. I had water pooling on the floor and he diagnosed the problem immediately. Robert called to advise us that he would be at our hacienda at the scheduled appointment time. Once here, he immediately went about diagnosing the issue with our AC unit "Short Cycling". The main drain was clogged and causing the safety switch to prematurely engage. Robert then checked the Condenser unit's vitals and indicated that the pressures were well within the proscribed levels. I was impressed with the knowledge and efficiency demonstrated by Robert and the Air-Ref Company and would highly recommend them. Thank you for your timely and professional service.

Company is a scam. Their tech caused damage to purposely allow the motor to go bad so he would have to come back and also fix that. Based on his comments and this happening I chose to go with another company. When they came out they found the wire to the motor disconnected still which caused the burn out. I wrote the company and they were nasty in their response, refused to remedy the situation and said thanks for your business. I told them I'd be writing reviews and they didn't care. Do not use this company. They have now just lost 4 communities run by the same people bc of this. Took

Had a new AC unit installed. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Researched and got several quotes. Air Ref was right in range. David explained my options. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I never felt any pressure. Got an appointment for next day installation after signing the contract. The 3 men who installed the unit were great. Took about 7 1/2 hours. Also professional and efficient. Cleaned up the area beautifully. Believe me, it looked better after they were there. We had let our maintenance go for a couple of years too long..... So we had the technician come out and he tried to clean it. It needed a little more love. He ordered a part and was scheduled to come back. Then there was a little snafu - and an error was made. The company took total responsibility for the technicians mistake and fixed the damage. I appreciate the honorability this company has showed myself and my family.

Was having a mold issue with my plenum. The first tech came out and diagnosed the issue promptly and performed a thorough visual inspection to ensure that was the only problem. Was quoted a repair cost promptly and was fit right into the schedule. The tech who came back to make the repair was a master of the craft, extremely clean, precise and took no short cuts.

Unfortunately I have had nothing but frustrating experiences with this company. Each time I call for service, the techs are unable to fix the problem the first day. Warning, after calling them back and scheduling another appointment they will attempt to charge you for a service call for the second day. This has happened three times in the past year and a half.
Today I was told that the air conditioning unit was working just fine by the supervisor, but I cannot get it to cool under 73 degree, although the unit is set at 65. $45 service call for that advice.

For an AC company this one is the best one I have encountered and I have had my fair share. My ac recently decided to die and on top of that I was away for work. Luckily I had a friend help out and Air-ref was great at accommodating me. Jacki was amazing with all questions and even pulled a permit no fuss or hassle. A few weeks later the ac drain clogged (no fault of anyone) and i called for the 24/hr line and volia someone answered and came out super quick. Everything went snoothly and the inspector came out and all was good. Works like a charm now. Super great knowledgable employees.
