Critical: Responsiveness
After purchasing 2 brand new Air Handlers and 2 brand new Condensers, with 10 year Parts and 10 year labor warranty, from Mechanical Air Conditioning Co, they refused to return to check or repair my AC unit when it stopped cooling this week. I do not recommend purchasing an air conditioner from Mechanical Air-conditioning company

I recently had to replace my A/C system after 13 years. I contacted Mechanical Air Conditioning through their manager Jason Wood. I have known Jason quite awhile from when he was with another company. Jason came out to the house and gave me a quote for a full replacement giving me several options. I also needed a new air handler stand/intake because the one that was there was falling apart. I chose a new Daikin Fit unit because of its ability to run at various speeds.

My AC stopped working about 6 pm and the temperature in the house quickly climbed into the upper 80's, very uncomfortable. I called and they dispatched a great technician named Kyle. He arrived promptly and as he got here his truck broke down in the driveway. He contacted his office, and then proceeded to diagnose and fix my AC problem, even though he had truck issues to deal with. I am very impressed with his dedication and determination, to take care of my issues. I have done business with this company for many years and they always come through for me. The staff are knowledgeable and polite

Had an issue with my current unit and they promptly sent a tech after hours. He was able to get it cooling but it was clear that I needed a new unit (my old one was going on 13 years). Two days later I had 2 techs at my house installing a new a/c complete with an air purification system. Techs were courteous and answered every question I had. Furthermore, they both wore masks and gloves (and shoe covers when they came in my house). Couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Have been using Mechanical A/C for 13 years. Found that as a company they have been very good.
However, their most recent service call just blew me away. They have obviously installed new software and procedures that, in my opinion, have elevated them to the top of the list in customer service.
My A/C failed about 10:30 last night. I called their phone number knowing that I would be able to leave a message for them when they came to work this morning. To my surprise I got an immediate text response with an appointment for the next morning.
At approximately 7:30 this morning I got another text

I have a new home and the builder for some reason uses Mechanical A/C for their installations. They either did not design the A/C system correctly or installed it wrong, but I have a large room that is missing a return. I reported the problem months ago and they sent somebody out to confirm that indeed the return was missing. Ever since then when calling to follow up they tell me somebody is going to call me back. Nobody has ever called me back. I thought maybe the management is not getting my phone calls for some reason so I wrote them a letter, I have not heard back. Then I got the builder involved
