The roof and other parts of the exterior were damaged by a pretty bad hail storm this summer. For a month we had people knocking on our door and looking at the roof.
I know a lot of things but roofing and house construction isn’t one of them.
I reached out to a few contractors for estimates and ended up using BossLady Contracting. Alex talked to me like a human, never talked down to me, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and follow. The best part was that she knows how to work with the insurance company.

We needed a full remodel before we put our house on the market so we gave Alex and her realtor partner, Anna, our budget and the freedom to do what they thought was best...all while we were out of town! It turned out amazing and I never had a moment of worry. Our house sold the day it listed for an over-asking cash offer! I'd advise everyone to get on Bosslady's client list before she books up completely!

Boss Lady Contracting replaced our roof after a hail storm and painted the exterior along with replacing the fascia and soffits in several areas. They were amazing to work with, very friendly and always on time. Alex's communication was excellent and the quality of work by her team was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

We were selling our house in Centennial. The week before closing we had a huge hail storm that damaged our roof. Alex did an amazing and fast job replacing our roof. She communicated with us frequently throughout the process, worked well with our insurance, us, and the buyers to make sure the the job was done to everyone's satisfaction. I was very impressed with Juan and his crew and how professional they were, the speed with which they got the job completed, the finished look of the roof and the way they cleaned up all the debris from the job. All high marks from me.
And I was also very impressed with Alex Crawfurd, The Boss Lady, and how she clearly answered all my questions and how she managed the coordination of the job between myself, Juan and her.
This was a re-roofing job (modified bitumen) which was completed on my home in July 2020. I have waited until now to write this review because I wanted to see how the roof held

Boss Lady Contracting built us a beautiful deck and I would highly recommend her team for your house improvement needs. Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with on this project from her collaboration on design to the quality of her teams work. It was our first major house improvement project and she provided a realistic budget and schedule that was delivered. Even though our project was outdoor, we actually had some indoor improvement needs so she is highly skilled in exterior and interior improvements.

Alex or whatever the rude ladies name is is very unprofessional. You call and she answers with a what do you want and when I explained I needed a roofing project done she laughed and said well why else oils you be calling and proceeded to ask for my location. I told her nevermind and she said yeah next time don’t waste my time and hung up. Unacceptable will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience with Alex and her crew at BossLady Contracting and would highly recommend them! Alex was responsive, friendly, knowledgable and straightforward about the process - she gave us options to help fit our budget, and I felt comfortable choosing the right one for us. I appreciated her input as a Colorado native about hail/snow etc, and she has a great crew, who showed up on time and were respectful of us and our property. We will definitely have Alex/BossLady Contracting at the top of our list next time we have a house project!

We highly recommend Crawfurd Co! Alex and Crawfurd Co is amazing to work with! We had a back up in our laundry in the basement and Alex was amazing in working with our insurance adjuster to get quotes reviewed and approved. She has amazing taste and worked with our preferences to pick out the perfect flooring, paint and doors for our needs and wants. Her crew was prompt every day, worked hard to get the job completed in a timely manner. She always kept us in the loop on schedules or issues that need to be discussed. You can't go wrong with Crawfurd Co! We are using them again in a month to redo

BossLady Contracting was able to jump in and help to replace hail damaged roofs for a duplex in a short notice due to my previous roofing subcontractor's inability to respond. Alex and her team was great. They kept site cleaning. She was great on details and communicating through every step of the way. I was very impressed that she was able to jump in during the weekend to pull the permit and confirm material delivery, by the following Monday material was on site and crew was on site Tuesday. She followed through till all paperwork was approved with insurance company. I highly recommend her

Alex and her team delivered a beautiful bathroom on time, on budget!!! This is a major cause for celebration! She was communicative throughout the process and helped me with design decisions as well. I hired them to remodel a full bathroom after having a great experience replacing two roofs. I will use Crawfurd Co again next time I'm up for a house project!
