At Picket Fence & Exteriors serving the Greater Buffalo, NY Area, we have a wood shop which is where we fabricate all our pressure treated and red cedar fences. This allows customers to custom design their own fence while allowing for a more structurally sound fence. We put careful consideration into each project from the measurements to the characteristics of each property.
I just signed a contract with John(SALES) it was a great experience I got what I wanted in the contract, I am very happy! I can't wait to get my new fence. Will let you know how install goes. Picket Fence & Exteriors just finished putting up a few hours ago and I've already received numerous compliments from the neighbors!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. John in sales is truly AMAZING and does a great job, honest and reliable. Kathy in the office is AMAZING as well, she stays connected and through COVID really tries to not have your work delayed.
The guys that install are just as AMAZING!!! Hardworking, clean up, professional and definitely not slackers. We had a fence installed in the winter and they worked so hard in the freezing cold.

Unprofessional and lazy. They 18 left piles of dirt in our rock garden. They could have put the piles in a different spot for easy clean up but they are lazy. They smoke cigarettes for 2 hours, then work for 20 minutes, then go on another cigarette break for 2 more hours.
They broke a lot of my stuff on my property, a gutter, my garden watering system, our paver patio is ruined. We put in a $10,000 fence and now we have $15,000 in damage. Their response was, "I'm sorry." Pathetic!
I would avoid this company. I hired them because they are local but regret it now.

Poor customer service they don’t call you back when you call and leave a message asking them to call you. The installers weren’t listening to my wife and I had to leave work to get them moving. Also, we wanted both our gates to open in and they poorly explained what they were doing as well.
None of the employees I spoke to seemed to care to listen to our needs. When I called them they either did not answer the phone or would try to start an argument and then hang up.
I would advise to go somewhere else with better customer service.

Last year we bought a new garden fence. Very nice salesperson. And the installation was done on time. So far no complains.
But over the winter we had a issue with the garden gate. In the last month and a half, we have contacted them a total of 3 times. The last time we called, the person on the phone basically told to learn to live with it. That when there was a crew in my neighbourhood, they would contact us and stop by. So for all purposes, they could come tomorrow, next week, next month, within 6 months or maybe no at all. Bad luck old bean.

Although we did not hire them, our neighbors did and they were not respectful of our property. Instead of mixing the cement in the yard of the people that hired them, they decided to mix it in my yard and proceeded to get cement all over my yard, which they did not clean up. Then they decided to transport all of their supplies through my yard creating a trail in my yard and ruining my lawn. There is plenty of space in my neighbor's yard. There was no reason to use mine. I went out to ask them what they were doing in my lawn and they said they'd clean up there mess but did not move from my property

We had an excellent experience with them. I contacted six fence companies and had four replies. This was the only company that responded in a highly professional manner. They were not the low bidder but I had confidence that the work would be of high quality and that the service would be good. Yes, I had to call them back twice to correct minor problems but they responded quickly and the fence has withstood record winds and two winters with no problems.
