Nevada Water and Fire Restoration was referred to us by our plumber. We later learned that they are highly regarded by our insurance company also. Jacob responded within a couple hours of my call to access the damage and provided an estimate for the work. We agreed to it and a cleanup crew was out first thing in the morning to begin the task of removing the materials from under our house where a substantial leak was discovered. They worked quickly and closely with our plumber to get him access to the repair the leak, and then monitored the drying of the area affected by the water spillage. They

I am very happy with the folks at Nevada Water and Fire. We came home from visiting family to find a busted water pipe and a flooded master bedroom and bath. They removed the carpet and and got rid of the mold quickly and efficiently. They removed anything that might cause us trouble later in the house and under the house. Thanks Nevada Water and Fire.

I had a water leak in my crawl space, which needed drying out and a new moisture barrier. They came out the next day with an estimate and the following day to start the drying out process. When they completed it and left, I saw something on the moisture barrier I felt needed additional work. I called and they said they would be out the following week which was fine as it wasn't crucial.

We had water damage from a washing machine and our insurance required we attain 3 quotes before they would even let us get started on repairs. Nevada water and fire came out and out of all our estimates they were the only ones to show up on time and the only ones that were professional! They put us at ease and explained everything!!! Nevada Water and Fire Restoration were out the day we called them due to a leaking ice maker valve. Being new to the area we called Servpro first, only because we knew the name. Waited 4 day, nothing. My husband randomly called NV and they were out that day and began the work the next day. Because of the damage to the house, we had to file an… insurance claim.
