My journey began with a passion for design and my high standards led me to becoming a residential and commercial general contractor. During my apprenticeship in Manhattan, I was faced with extensive space restraints thus developing a keen sense for maximizing living and work space. Returning to Arizona in 2003, I began with renovations and additions of mid-century homes.
From inception to completion we closely oversee and manage each project, insuring every detail is correctly completed the 1st time. Our services include design, permits, architectural renderings, and any other pre-construction needs. We can add square footage, redesign floorplans, or build a guest house or accessory building to accommodate multi-generational living.
Jennifer has been very professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure our remodel is running smoothly and on time.
