Gabe and his employee removed all the wet drywall, vanity, etc from a pipe that was leaking in unit above mine. They dried it all out with industrial fans. He did all the paperwork for insurance and pictures. Made this messy process better to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Gabe and the rest of the team and Kingship made our lives easy. We had a major leak in one of our hot water lines which did an immense amount of damage to several rooms. My husband and I, were stressed out because this leak could not have happened at a seemingly worse time. This company is fabulous! They got all the mold from my bathroom, took all the stuff away. The guys were friendly, helpful, explaining what they were doing and let me take pictures for insurance claim. After the job was complete, they came back several days later and removed the curtain, also took an additional mirror that no longer to be used in that bath. Marvelous attitude, and very professional. If I have the problem again, I'll call this company. Great job!!!

Gabe and his crew implemented a mold remediation and drywall restoration project in my garage.
Gabe thoroughly explained every step of the procedure before beginning the project. Then proceeded to complete the project in a very timely and efficient fashion. They were careful to make sure that that all of the property in the garage was protected before they used fans to dry out the water soaked drywall. They worked everyday to make sure that the project was on schedule, and were always very cordial and considerate of our concerns and well-being.
The project resulted in remediation of the mold
