They sent an ‘expert’ out to estimate the job. He promised a timely quote and offered a,’ball-park’, estimate while at our place. After not hearing from him in the time he promised we called the company.
What truly bothered me was that when I called, the ‘expert’ couldn’t come to the phone. Instead, the woman who answered the phone said his failure to get back to us in a timely manner was her fault. She had overbooked him, she said. I may be mistaken but I thought that was cowardly behavior.
I waited another week. I called again. The same woman answered the phone and offered me

The product is high quality. The customer service is poor. The person came out on time to do the estimate. He said he would get back to me that day with the quote. He also said that the items were in stock so they should be out there within a month. I did not here from him 10 days later. So I called again and asked about a quote. I let them know that I was on a busy road and that my dogs chases cars so I was in need of it as soon as possible. They said that they understood. I took me another week to actually get the quote. I was then given a day that they would arrive to install. They did not come

I used Middlebury Fences a number of years ago when the little lock on my large fence broke. It was a minor repair that should have been about $100. Middlebury Fences charged me $900 and the repair guys were laughing while doing the minor fix. At that time yelp was not in wide use but I would caution everyone to check their estimates and look further than this company. In addition to the absurd price the lock was so cheap it broke almost immediately. They are thieves!

We called to have them help us with expanding our fenced in pool area. They promptly sent someone out to look at what we needed and said they would prepare a quote and get it to us within the week. 10 days later we called and a very friendly employee said she would have someone get back to us asap. A month later I called and let them know that we were still waiting and asked if i could hold while she located the quote. She found our file and said we would have the quote by the end of the day or by noon the following day. That was over a month ago. Still no response. If they didn't want to do the

Heard these folks did good work so I was looking forward to doing a project. They came out and inspected the area and then ghosted. Never got an estimate or a quote. Never heard from them again. So I hired someone else for that job (about a $50K job). I thought I'd give Middlebury another chance for my next job so I asked them to come out and give a quote, thinking maybe the first experience was an anomaly. They made an appointment for the quote, but the appraiser called the day of asking for a different time. I said I would try to accommodate but I wasn't sure when I'd be available outside of
