We've used Nathan for various jobs for over a year. He's always very quick to respond, very punctual, and does good work for good value. The things we've had him do include:

- Install drywall

- Repair a short in a hot water heater

Nathan has always been great to work with! He typically does work for my fiancé in the North Hill, but when I was getting my house in the south hills ready to sell, Nathan agreed to come out and give me an estimate. He re-finished a basement play room that had been previously gutted due to water damage. He talked through the options with me and recommended the best materials for my goals. Then he installed all new LVFlooring, matching it nicely to the existing tile at the entrance, installed drywall and prepped it for me to paint, framed in a window and created a nice new door frame for a basement

Nathan was able to complete a wide variety of work that needed to be done. He vented 2 bathroom fans to the outside, instead of the attic; replaced a GFCI outlet in bathroom; replaced 2 wired smoke detectors; adjusted 5 doors that didn't close properly; drywalled 2 holes in basement ceiling/wall; added styrene panels to 3 light fixtures in the basement; replaced kitchen lazy susan hinges; completely. He came every day until all of the work was done. He did excellent work and would/will hire again in the future.

Nathan was prompt with his scheduled time. Pointed out incorrect conditions done before the job. He reinstalled my dishwasher better than the company I purchased it from. Nathan installed a washer and dryer in my half finished basement with no dryer outlet or hot and cold water lines for the washer . He did the plumbing excellently and ran the electric for the dryer from the breaker box . His rate was three times cheaper than other contractors I got quotes from . Everything works great and I would recommend to anyone looking for Appliance installation .!
