Huge shoutout to SaniGlaze Tile and Grout. We wanted to restore our Saltillo Tile and called them. Their process made our tile look cleaner, brighter and brand new. They work on all types of tile. We were not sure how our Saltillo would turn out, since it had lost its shine. They exceeded our expectations. Absolutely love our finished product. Keith and his staff are professional and the entire process was flawless. Highly recommend them for any tile restoration project.

SaniGLAZE saved my bathroom tile! My tile was in bad shape and the people at SaniGLAZE restored it to a like-new condition. The service was far less expensive than replacing, the work took only one day, without the enormous mess of demolition and retiling. The owner, the sales manager, and crew all were professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, because the materials SaniGLAZE uses are anti-microbial, from now on I can simply damp mop my bathroom without any nasty chemical cleaners. I highly recommend!!!

I've been a customer of San Diego's for 8 years now. The professionalism is top notch and the service they provide is nothing less than spectacular. They come in promptly and on time and I usually done in the same day. The tiles always look like they were freshly installed . To say the least,the same size job of removal and reinstallation would take at least three times as long and not to mention the amount of debris and dust everywhere

SaniGLAZE of San Diego did an excellent job restoring my kitchen flooring. It looks amazing!! Better than new and is simpler to clean. All stains wipe clean with water and a towel. The flooring is now contaminant resistant slip resistant and stain proof. Also no bacteria viruses will penetrate any of the surface areas so it always completely clean with water or an organic disinfectant. This war will stay new for years the grout will not re-contaminate because it is contaminant resistant.

My floors and counter looks so much better! Keith and his crew work extremely hard and want nothing more than complete customer satisfaction : )
Keep in mind a couple of things:
1. It isn't cheap. But in the long run it will be worth It!
2. The process is painstaking and takes a lot of time. The process cannot be rushed, so patience and flexibility is key. Depending what you have done, it can take several visits to get the job done. They are great about redoing/touching up if need be.

My kitchen floor was dirty and missing grout. I did not want to rip it up and redo the whole thing. I had the SaniGlaze crew come to my house and replace the grout and topcoated it With their awesome products so now the Grout does not get dirty. I just have to mop it clean with hot water. Job was done in one day and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!! My kitchen floor literally looked brand new again!!

I was needing to have someone come in to clean the grout in my tiled areas. After not finding what I wanted, I called SaniGLAZE which "refreshes" your tile and grout without having to replace it. Keith (the owner) came over and gave me an estimate for my entry, family room, kitchen and nook. It was a little pricey, but looking at the pictures he brought over it was just what I wanted and needed!! It took a whole day as they prepare, clean, grout and glaze the tile. The process was AMAZING!! My tile looks like new and I would recommend this to anyone!!
