Critical: Professionalism, Value
The boy they sent out here worked 2 hours and couldn't find the water line, couldn't fix the house valve. Said Frank would call me Monday, called Tuesday with an estimate of $1500 to replace my water line to the house. Now wants to charge me for 2 hours.

Made appointment, was told he would call on the way in am by mid afternoon I called to find out what time he would show up and it would be changed to an other day. Did not have the courtesy to call. His worker installed the toilet and it leak and would have to wiggle handle to stop water from running. When he finally showed up two days later. Was very rude when I tried to show him (Frank) the problem, he told me" let me check don't get close to me. There is stuff going around". Upon completion I tried to tell him that he did not have to be Rude. He cut me off and said" you keep calling and calling

We set up an appointment to have our hot water heater flushed out for the first time as we just moved here a year ago and we're not familiar with this & were told it should be done every year. The appt. was for 8:30, & we waited until 10:00 & no one showed up, & no phone call. We called & Frank didn't even remember our appt., until my husband explained the job. He then remembered & said he'd had an emergency, but that another guy was right around the corner & he'd be right there. We had a new washer brought out & that company broke the hose bibs. Wells plumbing replaced them both. As new to the area, I Thank You for your GREAT Service to our community.

Excellent, fast, and accurate service. Called due to clogged kitchen drain and he was here within 2 hours. The clog was over 40 feet into the pipe. Took him no time at all to remove it and get my kitchen sink workable again. Very polite and professional. Fee was $125.00 which was very reasonable to resolve the issue. Extremely happy with this company!
