A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.
