I called to get information on whether the company still has a storage container and our belongings. After a terrible experience with a home owners insurance claim through our insurance company, this company came and essentially stole the container off our property with all our things. I spoke with a woman who was SO incredibly rude after I simply asked a question, kept cutting me off, called me a liar, and the list of awful customer service goes on. She ended up revealing that our insurance company apparently never paid a dime for the container (which was news to me and I was appalled at the news

The prices are nice for the Northeast, but these guys are merely wetting trailers, not washing them out!
If you just need to show a receipt to somebody, these people are alright, however, if you need a proper washout, I strongly suggest that you avoid this operation, as they will not even properly do the job when you clearly show them that huge areas of the trailer that they have merely wet, as opposed to properly washed, can be cleaned with a baby wipe.
