We'd like to welcome you to this visual tour of our website showcasing the many camp and lodge furnishings that we have to offer. For many years now, our New York State artisans have been working year round crafting our original designs. We specialize in early Adirondack Great Camp designs using seasoned hickory, cedar, antique barn wood, yellow birch, maple, willow, twigs and birch bark, most of which is harvested here in upstate New York.
Many of the handmade antique-style natural log tables, corner hutches, chairs, dressers, beds, antler chandeliers, mirrors, and framed artworks are one-of-a-kind. We have over 6,000 square feet of showrooms to display our original work that would make your Adirondack cabin or Great Camp warm and inviting.
We take pride in designing and building beautiful, authentic, Adirondack rustic furniture without the sticker shock and look forward to making the perfect custom piece you have been looking for. Adirondack Quilts & Gifts shop is a blend of local crafts and textiles that are reflective of the High Peaks.

Services
After 30 years of working our retail stores in Pennsylvania, my wife Janet, and I retired in 1997, returning to her Adirondack childhood roots. We purchased 72 acres in Keene, New York at the foot of Owls Head Mountain, which is in the heart of the Adirondack High Peaks. Ten years ago we renovated the original log store on our property that was built in the 1930's along scenic Highway Route 73.
Our chairs are made here in upstate New York exclusively by our own craftsmen. We usually have over a hundred chairs in stock for you to choose from or we can make whatever you would like in two to four weeks. We take pride in our chairs because we supervise the construction from start to finish, making sure that they are of the best quality.
Owls Head Mountain Rustic Furniture Gallery has hundreds of outdoor and indoor rustic rockers for you. Our craftsmen are busy year round designing and upholstering our latest style of new rockers. Our bent hickory rockers are a tradition here in the Adirondacks; once you sit in one of our comfortable rockers you'll have to take one home!
We always have dining room tables in the gallery in many sizes and styles. If you would like a beautiful dining room table, give us your dimensions, whether you want oval, round, square, or rectangular. We offer many beautiful finishes to choose from to make your dining room table have a warm luster in whatever wood tone you like.

Have been happy with items purchased in the past but was very disappointed with today's visit. Wanted to buy an item clearly marked with TWO separate price tags, both showing $9.95.. However, when the item was scanned for purchase, the register showed a different price of $19.95 and the sales clerk refused to honor the price listed on the two stickers. Therefore, I won't be making the 4-hour roundtrip drive to shop at Owl's Head Rustics in the future.
My apologies, they were not a "tags", they were stickers attached by the pricing gun both showing the same price of $9.95. And yes, one did come

I love this place! When my vision was better I would go in and check out all the hand crafted furniture. Now I'm relegated to the scents which are amazing. The furniture is amazing, the quilts are classic country and the hand made soaps are fragrant but not overpowering. Well worth the short drive from Lake Placid. ☆☆☆☆☆
