The Waker Plumbing crew relocated my gas service line in my side yard and installed a new meter at my house. I was very pleased with the service and quality of work. They arrived promptly at the agreed upon start time, 8:00 am, we walked the site and they explained what they would do. They went about their work, and stayed on the job. The crew was courteous, taking time to answer my questions when I went out to check on progress. At the end of the job the yard was put back into shape, grass seed applied. Their equipment appeared as new/newer and in good working order. I would hire them again.

Rude and obnoxious plumber. Hired him to fix a water hose knob and he uses a cheap one, it breaks within two months and then charges $125 to replace it, stating that, "it was a cheap knob" to only replace it with the same knob, again. Also, he was instructed to call me before starts the work and he didn't, leaving a bill for something he fixed prior. This guy is a crook. Knowingly, I am deploying here soon, he choose to overcharge a military family. Unpatriotic!

I had a water main burst at 11pm along the side of my house. 2 kids and 2 adults with no water to the house. 3 companies told me they were 2-3 weeks out. Waker showed up same day, gave me a price and showed up the next morning. They got my new line in and water back to the house in less than 4 hours. Life savers. Price was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommended!

I had called them & left a message with guy in office. Did NOT get a call till the following week about a leaking faucet! Plumber Mike left voice mail. I had called him back in office but was gone. they gave me Mike's cell #. Talked with him said he would be there the following morning 1st thing around 8 AM. There was no show, no call by 10:20 or so and I called shop again they said call his cell. Told them was not doing that. (I was tired of doing their admin skills). I told them just cancel the order!

Apparently they don't use the email on the website, which I was told when I called 6 weeks later. I asked for an estimate and was told the gentleman would call me back. Called today when I was busy at work and I just checked my voice mail. Steve Waker said they are too busy right now and recommended other companies. First time I have heard of a company that did not want business, but sad that they were recommended to me by a plumber and I wanted the work in a couple of months. Should talk to a potential customer before you say no to business. Just a tip from a disappointed person that has money

The guys at Waker did a great job installing our new fireplace yesterday and my wife and I are very happy! I would recommend Waker to anyone else who is looking for a professional company to install their gas fireplace.
