Great service! Terry answered my call, coordinated a time, and arrived early for the service. Had a part failure that he addressed and he tested other parts at no charge to ensure there weren't any other issues. He was informative and helpful. I felt like I had a friend in the industry educating me on my equipment instead of a doctor telling me to relax and everything would be fine without any reason for that assurance. Great job, Terry! I'll definitely refer anyone I can to you knowing they'll receive great service.

Unfortunately my experience cost me financially. I really do hate writing negative reviews and in fact was hoping I had found a local AC guy for all my needs. Came out first trip and charge me a couple hundred to clean some contacts that ants had gotten into. Failed to check out the entire system and then charged me another $1200 to replace the outside unit that was under warranty. (Still not certain it was bad) Then wanted to replace the upstairs handler for $1700. A second opinion replaced a part for $300 and it all works fine now. So, I'm afraid I paid for stuff I didn't need. Also, while in

Terry is hard working and professional! He's been servicing my HVAC for 6+ years. Prior to using Dallas Cool Air, I was told by many other companies that I needed to spend 5k to replace my entire system. Unbelievable. Threatening and harassing text and a response filled with lies. This guy did all the work listed above with out a permit (required) and when I called him out on it he lied to the city of Red Oak when getting the permit telling them he had not done the work yet. If he had been honest with them the would have doubled the permit fee. Which he paid $50 for and is now trying to bill me $220. Good luck if you choose to go with him.

I called these guys when my downstairs AC stopped working last year. I thought for sure I would have to replace the entire unit, but with school starting soon, that wasn't really in the budget. However, it was 110 degrees out, so I did what was necessary. I called Dallas Cool Air.
They had someone to my house in less than an hour. The repairman was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest! My compressor had died, and of course, the make/model I had wasn't readily available anymore. I began to envision months of Ramen in our future....

I'd give these guys 30 stars. I have recommended these guys to SO many people and he's consistently came to the rescue. Not only does he make himself and his company look good but he's making me look good for knowing such a consummate professional who will rush out to save the day for so many people. Scored SERIOUS brownie points with my Dad because of Dallas Cool Air, their A/C blew out late Memorial Day, thank God it was a nice weather, but Terry was out the next morning and had them up and running in like 5 minutes. Impressing my father is no easy task, mind you.
