I was tired of staring at the constant reminder that someone wished my windshield was my face, so I came to the highly recommended Arcade Glass Co. I can't say that I know much about windshields and the workmanship that's put into it, but I have ZERO complaints with these guys. Robert quoted me on the phone higher than what I actually paid. And Dominguez(?) discarded and installed a new windshield within 20 minutes, as promised. I couldn't even apply makeup that fast.

Wanted to replace shower door. Called 4/29 and spoke with Todd who asked lots of questions and said that he would need to come look at it and measure. I sent email with photos and measurements.
Sent follow up email 5/7 after not hearing anything.
Got a response from Sarah 5/8 who said that she would research and send a quote. Never heard anything more.
Their competitor in Santa Paula ended up getting the door installed as he followed through with me.

I have been remodeling a home and I was so fortunate to select Arcade Glass for my shower installations. Todd is exceptional. I say this after several remodels. I have worked with a lot of subcontractors in my time as I have a penchant for remodeling my homes. Todd is one of the best I have ever come across. Communicative, patient, fair, honest, attention to detail, great ideas at resolving problem areas, excellent quality installation, conscientious, careful. He goes above and beyond and they are a family business you can trust.

I had an old American Standard glass shower door and glass return with an aluminum frame mounted to a fiberglass shower enclosure. Standard tract-home bathroom stuff that was 22 years old and falling apart. Todd and Sarah at Arcade Glass got back to me quickly with a quote after making an on-site visit, ordered the parts, scheduled the removal and new installation (2 different trips because we had the bare shower re-glazed in between) and completed the job exactly on the timetable they promised. Wow! I am so impressed with the service at Arcade Glass. I got a call today from my neighbor that my sliding glass door was shattered. I was pretty worried about getting it fixed because we have two little ones and the glass was that old-fashioned dangerous kind. I called Arcade Glass at about 1:30, by 3:30, the owner had already been to my house, measured the door, found the replacement glass and was ready to install it. Within a couple hours, my living room was spotless and I had a new clean sliding glass door. What amazing service! I recommend them highly!! :-)

Awesome customer service!! Two years ago Arcade Glass installed beautiful glass shower doors in our master bathroom along with large high quality vanity mirrors, they did an exceptional job.
Last week I called them because the shower door handle was loose, they came out and noticed a part of the handle had falling out. They replaced the missing part the next day with no charge and no hassle. They were polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our house was located in Ojai California, where Arcade Glass is located too.

We have always been very pleased with Arcade Glass. Recently we ordered glass for a shower enclosure. There was a problem getting it from the manufacturer and we needed it for a family reunion weekend to complete our bathroom remodel. Todd was kind enough to install a temporary piece so that we could use the bathroom until the other piece arrived. We felt that he went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend Arcade Glass.
