Sabins Drafting Company has been serving the home design and planning needs of Wilmington, North Carolina and the surrounding areas for over 20 years! We specialize in making your dream home a reality. Keith Sabin started his path in the home design business when he received a scholarship for architectural technology at Coastal Carolina Community College in 1991.
After three years, he began working at Hobbs Surveying Company, where he was managed the CAD mapping and design department for seven years. During this time, he managed to start his own part-time business designing homes and commercial buildings for many of the local builders and developers he had met.
It was in 1999 when Keith decided to leave the surveying business and start Sabin's Drafting full time. To this date, he has designed hundreds of homes and buildings throughout North and South Carolina and even a villa project in the Bahamas.
