DSB is a Women Owned and Operated Corporation, I am Lissette the owner and the qualifier. I have been working in construction since 1998. I started as receptionist answering phones for a small development firm in Hialeah, FL. From my first time seeing construction plans I knew what industry I wanted to take the challenge from.
Its not a bad idea to save and pay for a New Roof out-of-pocket. In fact, it is recommended paying with "cash" (by "Cash" they mean no loans) to avoid interest and payments. This is great advise if you can do it - unfortunately most Homeowners don't have that kind of savings. Drawings from you personal piggy bank just isn't an option for many people, especially when it comes to more expensive home improvements.
Usually you find your contractor either from a friend or sometimes just google searches. When calling for an appointment, you always want to make sure that your call was answered and there is a live person on the other line. Make sure if there was an appointment time that your contractor shows up on time.
