We live in Naperville and received quotes from seven companies to replace our HVAC system. Pure Comfort: Heating and Air Conditioning was the only company able to meet our warranty, system, and installation expectations. All of our questions were answered during the inspection process. Our written quote included everything discussed and promised.
The installers were professional, polite, and well organized. They took the necessary steps to make sure everything was cleaned up - they hauled away the old unit and trash. Prior to leaving our home, they showed us how to program our new thermostat

Reached out to my home warranty service as our AC was not cooling the townhome well. They referred over Gene and he came over today after touching base this morning. He was able to review the concerns I had and cleaned the AC coil and replaced our dirty air filter. AC has been working like a charm since. While he was here I asked to have a smart thermostat installed. Gene was great at troubleshooting and suggested a great price for when we get our 35 year old furnace replaced. Highly recommend him and his business!
