We areh very unhappy with our service from here. They put in a septic tank and leech field. They didn't even begin until several months past when the contract said it would be finished, and they did not do a sufficient job. We have septic water leaking into our yard in a standing puddle now. We have called several times to ask they fix it, but they always tell us its the fault if the engineer for writing up bad plans (which they signed) and have done nothing to fix it. We are very unhappy and would not recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible! Called on a Thursday and was told they'd call me Monday. Never called so Five minutes to close I call them and they tell me will call next day to set up time to come up Wednesday. Never heard from them. Call a week later and have all my information just sitting there ,but don't even act like they care. Tell me will call me that day, as to let me know when on their way up. Never called and still havent heard from them. Called pump doctors in Horseheads, and they made me a priority and come up the same day, and squeezed my service in within the week.

I live in Rochester, N.Y., but own a rental property outside Corning. When the pump failed to deliver water.
One phone call dispatched techs to my site where I believed the pump was bad. Soon I was told it was a broken leg of the 220 electric power at the connection with pump 120' deep.
Bottom line ...
I experienced prompt same day service with above average customer service all with a phone call.
This was an extremely positive exchange in a world where too frequently negitive service is common.

The guys from Terwilliger's have been to my house twice now and have fixed two problems with my well and an issue with my sump pump. Now, it's a little weird to use "thrilled" concerning pumps and wells but I have been absolutely thrilled both times. Each time, they came within 24 hours of my phone call and fixed the problems quickly. What is so great is that I live in an older home with original equipment and they have replaced only the faulty parts at a very cost-efficient rate, while providing time estimates on when other parts might need updating with no pressure to replace the whole system
