Dan Hannon is a personable and organized. The company was recommended to me by a friend and I am completely satisfied with the installation and service. The installation was quick--one day, and I had most of my windows replaced. After installation, I had problems closing several of the windows. I have to laugh because it was me not understanding how to use the new window. The service man was very kind and explained what I was doing wrong without making me feel silly. I had only one other issue with the windows. I called Dan, and he came over personally and fixed the problem himself within
