Where to begin? Shook is one of the... No scratch that. Shook IS the best dealership!! We went there 4 years ago and started to finance in house. 2 years later we were able to trade in and get a better vehicle. Last month we traded that vehicle in and upgraded Friday. Bryan and Scott gave us a heck of a deal on my husband's car. Both vehicles are soild, good running, and reliable!!! Bryan has done great for us!!! The whole staff is polite and they make you feel like family!

I asked questions about parts that have been replaced or crash reports that may depreciate the value of the car, they appointed me to another representative, who got offended, sent me a link, and ran. Didn't answer my questions, very unprofessional. Do not buy any cars from these people. If I could attach screenshots to this Google review, I would. Told me $2000 for a car is a "Beater with a Heater", the car had over 200,000 miles on it. It's worth about $900, generous.

I bought a low mileage Ranger from them recently and couldn't be happier. We did hit a snag with some rust in the bed but they were quick to fix the problem and gave me a loaner to drive in the mean time. Jason was the mechanic that worked on my truck and he went above and beyond to right the problem. Brian was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with. I will personally be a customer for life and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for your next vehicle!

Nathan put us in the perfect car! He is personable, knowledgeable and informative! Everyone here was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our car buying experience was great! The icing on the cake was as we were leaving, the owner came and thanked us personally and said if we need anything at all to call him!

Made a offer online they agreed to it then when I took a vacation and my child down to look at it. when I asked for a warranty they said they won't because there was modify to the engine.so they fix a few things that were a concern to me I was still on track to buy it. After waiting a hour in a half in there waiting room they came out with a purchase order of 15 grand. Moral of it all don't expect them to follow threw with what they say.other then that they were friendly.thats why I gave them two stars

Purchased a complete lemon here. The transmission went out about 3 weeks and a little over 1,000 miles later. Of course it was outside the warranty period so they still charged some for a rebuilt tranny but would not give a new warranty on it. We're supposed to also fix a leak in the exhaust and replace a malfunctioning sensor, they did neither. Now looking for a new, more dependable vehicle, even though I have only owned this one for 6 months.
