I contacted this company requesting a part installation into a working unit told to me by the ac manufacturer it was a quick and inexpensive part to install, takes just a few minutes. Apparently the budget wasn't high enough. I was told (in March!! Not the hottest month of the year) That due to overwhelming air conditioner volume they weren't taking new business. I thought I'd let everyone know they "Weren't Taking New Business" go somewhere else!
