We had a large project with a 20-year-old roof on our house when we moved in. There were places where 3 or 4 layers of asphalt shingles had been installed on top of the original cedar shake roof... it was about as not-up-to-code as you can get. Following a thorough inspection by Davis, a proposal was written. Upon approving it the job was scheduled for a Friday early in December. The roll-off arrived the day before and the crew came early on the day. They worked diligently all day into the dark. They came back the next day, a Saturday, to finish and clean up. A thorough and complete job. Both Davis and Mike were accessible throughout the process to answer any questions or concerns we had. We are very satisfied. We would highly recommend Roofing Rochester NY to anyone.

Team is extremely unprofessional. Left a disaster after each day… including leaving sharp objects that my dog stepped on and hurt her paw. Requested a callback from the manager and never received one. Broke part of the cement on the walkway into my home. Would not hire. Extremely poor quality. Also not sure how these reviews are glowing.

Great service. We had discovered water damage , and had to call insurance company. (Never had to make a claim before) Needed someone to assess the issue for us, and give us an estimate on repair. We noticed that there was a leak in our roof one rainy day and I contacted Roofing Rochester to see if they could help. The owner Paul got back to me ASAP.
