Ricky Bell and his roofing crew worked quickly to do a wonderful job on our roof. He kept us informed of what to expect and was willing to file paperwork with our insurance company. He even gladly adapted as we changed the scope of work to include other construction jobs at our home. If you live in the North Central Texas area and need a roofing job, you should consider Red Ladder Roofing. I have known this before, but even had a neighbor tell me that Ricky Bell was polite.

I lost shingles from my roof during a recent storm due to high winds. Contacted Red Ladder Roofing the next morning and the owner was at my house within hours. Roof inspection was done and he explained why the shingles were lost. He had his team there that afternoon and work was completed and done in no time. I felt the cost was quite reasonable. Would highly recommend. It is also important to me to support locally owned businesses such as this.

Red Ladder Roofing was excellent to work with. Very professional and extremely helpful in explaining the whole process. Ricky stayed in constant communication, answering all my questions promptly and telling me what to expect from the insurance company and from his company. He and his crew were respectful and polite and arrived exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They were extremely efficient and my roof looks phenomenal. We are so very pleased with our new roof and the service we received from Red Ladder Roofing. Ricky is a great communicator! He stayed in touch as we changed dates due to the weather, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.He also was very helpful in deciding which type of shingle to use and the color that would go best with our house. On his first visit that part of our roof wasn't up to code and corrected that when he did the roof.I have 4 dogs and 6 cats, I was very concerned about nails being left behind but I can honestly say that since Ricky did his final walk through I have
