Mr. Russell was a Christmas miracle! We had a very unexpected emergency with our septic system. Unexpected because we just had our cleaned less than 3 years ago but clearly we could SEE that the job wasn't done properly. Mr. Russell came in about 2 hours after we spoke on the phone and was very knowledgeable and honest. He actually CLEANED and pumped our tank. We have officially dropped our last septic cleaning company and will be bring Hank Russell Septic Service going forward. I called with a septic issue and hank was in my area and was at my house within 10 mins of calling him. He is a very honest person and informed me that i did not need the service that i had called him for. Not everyone will do that these days. I would highly recommend him if you need honest on time service.

Due to the recent flooding I have been having plumbing and septic issues. Just want to thank Hank Russell Septic for all of their help. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of. As a fellow business owner, I know it is difficult to find great service and people who care. 25 year old septic tank system, field line had clogged crossover causing overflow of septic tank. Hank is a very busy man but that is because he is honest, does quality work for more than reasonable prices which makes him in high demand, so be patient and I guarantee you he will do you right! He initially told me about 2 weeks wait since he is in high demand which was fine but luckily he was able to get to me in half that time before Thanksgiving which was better than what was expected. He fixed our system right the 1st time and charged way less than I expected. Thanks again Hank for your honesty

To say that I’m impressed with Hank Russell Septic Service would be an understatement. Thanksgiving is all about the family, friends and food... but, with issues with a blockage with the toilets and septic problems...there was a BIG problem, as you can imagine. It was the day before Thanksgiving and my mother-in-law had a major backup. She called Hank Russell Septic and it was like the Calvary was showing up! A backhoe and a pump truck.... then Hank was able to make a Educated assessment and completely fix the issue. He went above and beyond just fixing the problem... he solved the issue that

The service was very quick when I called and arrived when he said he would. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained how everything worked and what he was doing.
