I called contacted Assurance Pest Solutions today - got an immediate response they had an opening today - I needed mouse control - the technician arrived about 3 PM and was here for a little over 2 hours - he performed maintenance inside the house and outside. He was extremely friendly and informative - very professional - I was impressed. They will be back in 3 weeks to do a follow-up check and I have a 6 month warranty.

Nicole was great! She went to work as soon as she got here. She was here more than an hour, inspecting the foundation outside and plugging all the points of entry. Then she inspected the inside of the house from basement to attic. She will come back in 3 weeks and inspect again or I can call her if I need to.

If you want the job done right, go with Assurance. I initially hired a different exterminator for our mice issue that did nothing but set bait stations and told us to cross our fingers. Assurance gets to the root of the problem. Eric was very professional and gave me the education as we walked through the property and worked on all exclusion work filling any gaps/holes along the foundation. He found the entry points inside the house as well check behind appliances as needed. We have yet to see any activity since his work but have peace of mind knowing that we have a warranty of 6 months to fall

Brian and Joe from Assurance Pest Solutions removed and installed insulation in my basement. The work was accomplished in a professional, safe, tactful manner. The basement was cleaned up and the job came up short on materials by a few feet. Brain returned yesterday in accordance with our agreed upon plan and completed the work.

I highly recommend Assurance Pest Solutions. We have been hearing squirrels crawling between the floor boards. Brian was excellent. He thoroughly checked the whole house and found where the squirrels were getting in. He came back and installed something to prevent them from coming in. He was very polite and professional and on time. I can see that Brian really enjoys his job and takes pride in it.

Amazing experience talking with Assurance Pest Solutions. After meeting with another "big box" company, we were quoted $13,000 to fully remedy a mouse/squirrel problem. Assurance visited and quoted us under $1000 to do the work, but also advised on ways we could deal with the problem ourselves if that was out of our budget range. We're now interested in moving all our pest control needs to Assurance!

I had Assurance come out to get rid of some bees that were surrounding an area in the back of my house going in and out of some holes in our stucco. They came and surveyed the area and actually found another place where carpenters bees had burrowed and sprayed that as well. It was quick and easy. They were knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Hopefully the bees don’t return. They offer a 90 day warrantee as well.

They came out to service an issue I was having with seeing bees in my home. They scheduled an appointment that was quick and convenient. The technician was professional, friendly, and super helpful. He thoroughly surveyed the home, identified the issue and treated. We asked for additional services (ant, mosquito, and tick) that were not originally requested, and he treated on the spot. Assurance Pest Control was recommended to me with high praises from two family members who use them. 10/10 recommend for affordability, excellent service, and great technician.
