I got a swift response after posting this review. The new office manager was very concerned with my satisfaction and made an appointment for the Harvey Window repair people to come. She also sent the carpenters (it took 3 weeks) to fix the dryer vents which were never connected. Hopefully with the new manager US Siding will do better.

Excellent customer service and the job was well done. We did a colonial home over in a gorgeous gray with new black shutters. They stayed in touch with us the whole time and updated us through out the process I would recommend this company to any friends or family. "Gee" was specifically great to work with.

US siding was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were looking to side our home with hardy board planking and wanted to get a few quotes. G came out for the initial estimate and spent well over an hour with us explaining every little detail, you could tell he knew his stuff and took pride in his work, we knew right away that he would be great to work with. They were very organized and got the project moving along as soon as the weather cooperated. I can't say enough about the communication, it was awesome.
