Loyalty Roofing Solutions is proud to offer financing options for customers who need work on their house. The most popular program in no interest for 12 months. When customers are replacing their roofs with the help of their insurance, state law requires the customer to pay their deductible to the contractor, so many times we see these customers finance all or part of their deductible.
This homeowner called us with concerned on her roof because of it leaking during rain and throughout the winter. We completed a full roof replacement using Certainteed Landmark Series in Granite Gray. It matches perfectly with her brick home. Among the four roofers who did our roof inspection, Romulo gave the most detailed reports with pictures.
This roof was leaking like crazy! It was over a living room and the homeowner wanted it done right. We removed the entire roofing system including the insulation. We then installed Grace Ice and water over the insulation for double protection. New.60 EPDM flat rubber roof membrane was installed with the proper seam tape, cover tapes and etc.
Competitive pricing - I compared Romulo's estimates with several other. Not all roofing companies do gutters. He was the only one to explain me that since I want soffit, fascia and trim to be replaced, he will install soffit vents, so he can remove existing vent pipes. Proper ventilation will occur because of the new ridge vents and soffit vents.

I had a great experience with the whole team at Loyalty. I had a tree do some substantial damage to my roof during a storm during the busiest part of roofing season. Loyalty was one of the few companies that put the effort in to come out, survey the damage, and provide a quote. From start to finish we had had a great feeling about working with them. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and so was the quality of their work. Thanks again!

I Interviewed a couple of roofers and got the estimates to replace the roof of my house in Marlborough. At the end I decided to work with John , the company representative. He provided a great price and explained in detail every step and what I will be entitled to. Later I dealt with Larissa from Loyalty Roofing Solutions. Loyalty Roofing was professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did an excellent job with our new roof. The cleanup was also very thorough. My neighbors kept texting me all day in awe of how hard the team worked and how quickly they finished the job (one day). I would give more than five stars if I could.

I'm sitting here having my Saturday morning cup of coffee. the crew from your company right on time yesterday morning stripped our home, one car garage and yard shed, cleaning as they worked, laid new shingles. They finished in eight hours our yard was spotless at 3pm. RO the owner of Loyalty stop at 330pm and did a quality control circle check of the property. I was very impressed with the entire operation of all of the crew and the fabulous communication of the owner! They replaced both my skylights and roof! The cleanup was truly remarkable!
