I recently had a new roof installed with Watertite after speaking with and getting an estimate from Stephen Guild. He and the company were recommended to me by a co-worker and now I see why!
Not only was the work impeccable, but the clean-up on any old shingles or nails was amazing! They surrounded the house with tarps and put it all in the dumpster which arrives in your driveway the day before.
The cost was also on par with 2 other roofers, who could not guarantee me the work would be done in ONE DAY, like Watertite.
A wonderful experience all around.

After 35 years of excellent service my Velux skylight was broken by a falling tree branch. Watertite gave the lowest by far of 3 estimates and they installed it on schedule. The install team was proficient, polite, quite and cleaned up perfectly. I was impressed with the installation and the amazing new Velux skylight.

Extremely shady and bossy estimator 1) starts arguing with customer about other employees being in his company. AS IF it's the customers fault he's a chain, and could care less about other subcontractors on his turf...to think I was trying to do him a favor by pointing out trolls in his catchment area!
Uses bossy voice and technical bla bla bla to increase his self-compentency against customer questions, which he really is ill fit to answer...you ask this guy to build you a McDonalds', he'll build a graveyard mausoleum then telll you that's what you asked for!

We contracted Arnie to install a new skylight in our master bathroom. He was prompt in delivery of his estimate and in doing the actual work. The window was installed in a day. Arnie cleaned up well after himself and was nice to work with. The estimate was reasonable and the project came in on budget. We are extremely happy with the installation.

Amazing work done in a short amount of time. Jamie was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning: he provided us with an information packet with a contract and then examples of different shingles and textures. He explained to me the process from start to end, made sure I knew exactly what was being done to my home. We established a time, the do and do nots, when the work will be done and how long it would take. Everything was very precise and professional and the job came out beautiful as a result. I would definitely reach out to Jamie once again should I ever have issues or need anything
