They are always on time and do an excellent job at making sure the pool looks beautiful. Highly recommended.

Heater change..
Heater was delivered and installed a while ago. When we turn on the heater the extreme gas smell appears and it does not work. d I called Cannaball Pool Service to receive some advise. Bill refuses to talk to me and he explains that he will only talk to the owner of the property. On Monday one of the employees from Cannaball Pool service came to explore the issue and his response was: “I have no idea what is wrong” and promised to fix it on Thursday. It’s been almost more than 2 month since the heater broke down and still nobody can fix it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It is hard to find this good of service these days and we feel so grateful have found Cannonball Pools. Bill and his team are the best of the best. Bill himself calls about problems spotted with the pool and that is unmatched customer service these days. Every week, our pool is spotless and better than ever. I would recommend everyone and anyone to this company because they deserve the success.
