Matt, who owns the company, is a spot on expert. He cares about his work and is very easy to work with.
The first thing that really impressed me was he arrived at exactly the planned time. He wasn't late. I think that's the first time I've ever had a carpet cleaner arrive on time.
His equipment was ready to go and he took precautions not to damage walls with the hoses. He even was able to work around our cats.

Matt was extremely efficient and courteous on his job at our house. He was highly effective at cleaning our carpets. They look and smell brand new! Matt was able to make an appointment in 48 hours due to a cancellation. And he promptly arrived right at the appointment time -- usually carpet cleaners give you a window of SEVERAL hours. The service was fast, less than 30 mins and I can get on with my day! He knew everything about carpets, lending advice to future care, and thoroughly removing the dog-pee damage left behind by the previous owner. We wouldn't recommend anyone else in Newberg for residential OR commercial carpet care!
