Our kitchen flooded after we moved into our new home and destroyed not only the kitchen but floors and basement as well. i Remodel & Design made remodeling our home an affordable and friendly experience. Esin and team were patient as we worked with insurance and helped us identify other replacement needs like doors. I interviewed over 6 companies, and i remodel and design won on price but also vision. We will be using them to update our basement once we recover from the kitchen remodel. HIGHLY Recommend!!

We requested quotes from four other companies to extend the side of our garage, which all four said there wasn't enough money in the project for them. We finally found Tim, and he graciously accepted the project. We had two other big projects going on at the same time, which required a lot of flexibility from Tim to complete his project.

We used iRemodel & Design for a kitchen and fireplace remodel. The design was exactly what we had in mind and the quality of the renovation added real value to our home. The teams of people that worked on the various aspects of the renovation were professional, knowledgeable and produced quality work. While the project took longer than anticipated due to some unforeseen circumstances. In the end it was exactly what we had hoped for, and we plan to use them in the future for additional projects.

Our kitchen remodeling project was recently finished by i Remodel & Design. The entire project was extensive....from raising floors to removing a load-bearing back wall to completely demolishing, expanding and replacing our old kitchen and deck.
Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with both the building process and the final product.
Tim, Esin and the Mendez building team were great to work with...from start to finish. In addition to completing our extensive project with no cost overruns, they also were always on time (early morning start times) and they were meticulous in their building

I reached out to this company for a flooring price. I received a quote of 11,000 just for the labor. I also sent several messages asking if we did the demolition ourselves what it would be. Here you go no word back. It's all about the mighty dollar. Good luck if you want to spend lots you got your place.

Tim and his crew were wonderful to work with. We did a complete update on our kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. Tim gave us many ideas and choices, hooked us up with his contacts to save us money and made sure we were happy every step of the way. They were prompt and on time everyday. There were no surprises and whenever there was as a snag in our plan, they helped us figure it out. Hired iR&D for bedroom and closet renovation that included 3 bedrooms and a hallway. In three weeks, The iR&D team demo'd the walls, installed several new doors (3 pocket) installed crown moulding and new trim work, laid new oak flooring and painted all rooms and hallway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Two different crews showed up on… time, we very courteous and professional. Tim was very responsive to our requests and helpful with keeping the renovation within our budget. Our experience with iR&D will lead to more renovation work from us in the future. Highly recommended
