The company principal, Andy Steinborn is a former faculty member at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Ma. Leaving the educational field back in the late 70's to better provide for his family, this journey led him through all phases of construction, excavation, concrete and home remodeling. Andy is a nice guy but has no follow through. I had him come out for a bid and had to follow up 3-4 times to get the quote. He kept saying he'd get to it and never did. If you don't intend to give out an estimate why even bother coming by? Just wasted everyones time.
Very unprofessional. I've heard from other folks too he will just up and quit a job if he feels like it. Won't ever call Tajo One again.

This business did some work for our neighbours and were recommended to us for a relatively small interior remodel project. Our plan, if it went well, was to also use them on other, more significant projects. They came out promptly to assess the job and discuss what we wanted. They appeared extremely professional. They promised to send us an estimate. Several weeks later, we have heard nothing. In fact, we heard nothing for so long that eventually we gave up waiting for them and found someone else who not only agreed to do the work, but completed what we originally planned, plus more than we originally

I had a major fire and subsequent flood damage in my home in Seven Hills, Henderson, Nevada. I carefully screened potential contractors and happily, I've decided to go with Tajo-One. My decision was based on Andy Steinborn's integrity, professionalism and dedication to his craft and his customers. The work is not finished yet, but I wanted to post this and publicly state what I great company this is. It gives me real peace of mind, knowing the owner (Andy) is involved with my project and on-site, everyday. You can't go wrong with Tajo-One in my opinion.
