Our company needed to add on to our existing cubicle system. We were at a loss and had called every place possible locally. We then began searching online and reached out to companies nationwide. Hero Office Systems was the only one that we spoke with that was attentive, timely, knew their product, took the time to understand which system we had, made sure to get all of the details, didn't try to oversell us, and were absolutely professional through and through. Absolutely phenomenal! This company is setting the bar in this industry and I don't see any other company being able to come close to the customer service, attention to detail, follow up, and pricing! Jeanie is a straight shooter, knows her product like the back of her hand, and tells it like it is. Kevin is extremely helpful, friendly, kind, patient, and knows these systems in and out.
