My house was built in 1910 and my fireplace chimney looked every day of those 111 years. Of all the estimates I got, Jason Wady at International Masonry Specialists always got back to me, either by phone or by email. He was very understanding that to access the work, they had to use my neighbors’ driveway. They did fantastic work, but beyond that they were so clean and conscientious. I won’t forget.

IMS knows their business! Jason Wady was easy to work with. I appreciated that he was direct, straightforward, and prompt in our communications. He and his brother got the work done efficiently and well, with sufficient attention to safety and tidiness. I am now confident that my chimney, which was threatening to fall down, is very robust and stable. they tore down the top of the chimney, down to the roof line; reinforced the lower portion with rebar and metal straps anchored to the ceiling rafters; then rebuilt the top of the chimney and braced it to the roof rafters.
