I called this Monday morning (7:15am) and requested someone come out and inspect and possibly pump my septic tanks. Phone was answered promptly and the Gentleman on the phone was very polite and said he would have someone to my residence by noon. At 9:00am Kyle arrived, again very polite introduced himself and went right to business. He explained everything he was doing and really took pride in making sure everything was cleaned and properly serviced. I will definitely be using Septic One again for further service needs. Great Job everyone, and big Thanks to Kyle for being so patient with me and

I called Septic One and the Owner answered the phone! Victor, I asked some questions and he was extremely helpful! I asked when he could pump my system and he replied today. We set up next day service. Cal came out on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very courteous and respectful. He began the work without delay and finished it promptly! I would highly recommend Victor, Cal and the entire Septic One Team! They are honest, trustworthy and highly skilled at what they do!

I give this company one star only because they did answer the phone the numerous times I called. I set up a date for them to come out and work on my septic system. When the date neared, I called to assure they would be here. Was told they had an equipment problem and would not make it out but were working to fix the problem and would call me. I waited a couple of days and called back and was told parts were ordered. I called back again and was told the parts were due in "tomorrow". Called back a couple of days later and was told they had the parts and were working on the equipment and would call
