We are a non-profit that puts on a 5k fundraiser every year. We work exclusively with Texas Johns, more specifically Alicia Grosso. She is fantastic and always makes sure we get delivery and pick up on time and inside a very tight window. Bathrooms are very clean and look brand new. We highly recommend Alicia and Texas Johns. I called at 8:00 on a Wednesday morning asking for same-day delivery of 2 units and a hand washing station due to a last-minute change of plans. I had already called a few other places and been turned down but Texas Johns made it work and actually delivered within about an hour. Great communication with the office and the delivery driver. My organization is Tax-exempt and that wasn’t a problem at all for them at all. Easy to work with, would recommend and would definitely use them again.

Horrible service. Not serviced regularly as per the contract. Ten units on site to be serviced twice per week and lucky to get one service, but being charged fully. Even after calling to make sure that we are on schedule, they miss two weeks in a row on a Friday with our crew working all weekend. I would not recommend them to anyone.
