After Hurricane Laura and Delta, we lost our roof, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and part of the living room. Since were were living in a camper anyway, we decided to build the addition my wife has been wanting. With all the work that needed to be done, I was leery about using an out-of-town contractor but I'm glad I went with Proverbial. Landon Jackson, the Project Manager, was always responsive and professional but more importantly, he was more interested in the quality of their work then he was in getting paid and leaving. He worked side-by-side with insurance adjuster and other sub-contractors

I used Proverbial Contracting for my repairs after hurricane Laura. They left several areas that are subpar after promising to fix them and have ghosted me without giving me a receipt or certificate of completion for the insurance company. They are still in my area because I had Landon behind me at a red-light not too long ago but I still couldn't get anyone to answer my calls or texts.

Landon is always a pleasure to do business with. As the owner and lead inspector of Simple Choice Home Inspections out of Cleburne, Texas I sometimes inspect roofs that are not so great. A few months ago I had the pleasure of inspecting one roof that was built by Proverbial Contracting and I was thoroughly impressed. Chad and Randi are always very helpful in every aspect for the replacement of my house roof. Chad is very quick to respond my question and always try to solve my concerns as soon as possible. In addition to roof work Chad also help arrange his team to help fix my fence, painting interior wall, and sprinkle maintenance work. Called this company at the recomendation of a friend. This company was absolutely an answer to our prayers. They are very prompt, and professional.They go way above and beyond the call of duty. Heater went out on the weekend during an extreme cold front. They were on the scene in no time and made sure my elderly fathers home was repaired promptly. The compassion and integrity went far beyond the other 4 bids we got. They will definitely be our go to company for all future home repairs. Highly recommend them to one and all.
