We asked for an estimate for a NEW roof. Their contract says "NEW roof system." We paid them for a NEW roof. Now that the roof is leaking they claim that they were only hired to do repairs and that the repairs were not done to the portion of the roof that is leaking.
They inspected the roof and gave an estimate. We asked another roofer for the same... an estimate on a new roof. The other roofer said the roof was "severely deteriorated" and needed to be replaced. We knew that, of course. The estimate from the other company for a new roof was only $400 more than this company
