The set up process only takes a short time, depending on how many lights we are using, and the best thing is its TOTALLY FREE.

The picture speaks for itself! Tim is professional, friendly and he clearly enjoys what he does. For me, the coolest part of the install is the app on my phone that comes with it. Tim will show you how to install the app and guide you through the setup. Then you can turn the the lights on or off and schedule the timing all from your phone.

First time customer. I requested a quote and Tim was very honest about the pricing and work to be done. We had a mess after purchasing a home that was closed for more than a year. To make things a bit more interesting, I had multiple out of state commitments that created a scheduling challenge for this job. The weather that month was also another challenge. However, Tim was very profesional and flexible despite being booked solid all month long. He worked around my schedule and despite the non stop rain, showed up to do a light demonstration. The light demo is a first step, which is free of charge

Just want to rave on the great customer service of this company.
We moved into a home that had backyard lighting installed by Divine Lightscapes. After about a year here, the lights stopped working suddenly. So we called Tim and he talked my husband through troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. Turns out, we just needed to replace some batteries. I just really appreciate the time Tim spent to help us and that he stood behind his work, even though we weren’t the ones who initially paid for the install. We had one bulb out too and he said he would drop a bulb off to us when he is in our area

AVOID! These guys are a-holes.
I emailed them asking for a price on a list of landscape lights installation project. Tim Snyder replied and told me lights are assembled and installed by him personally.
Long story short install went ok but lights went out almost immediately and he would not stand behind his product or work!
Subsequent emails, he came unglued and threatened legal action if I left an online review?! Save yourself the hassle, spend your money elsewhere. Buyer beware this guy has issues.

Divine Lightscapes has done multiple jobs at both my office building in Huntersville and my house in Cornelius. Both jobs were done with the upmost professionalism and they do what they say they will do for a price this is very reasonable with a quick turnaround time. I would recommend Divine Lightscapes to anyone looking for outdoor lighting.
