Saturday night my A/C stopped working. We called a couple of 24 hour companies. We either didn't receive a response or was told that they could come out on Monday. We called 24 Seven after reading the reviews. My husband called and left a message. Within 5 mins Richie called him back. He was not able to come to the house because he was on an emergency call. But asked a few questions and told us what was wrong and how to fix it. He also gave us advice on maintenance. Great customer service!

I called Richard at 24 Seven Air Conditioning after my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Although he had a packed schedule, he was able to squeeze my service call in and in less than 30 minutes had my AC blowing cold air again. Not only was he quick and professional, his work and prices can't be beat. Being new to the area it is great to find a company that is honest and trustworthy and who will do the job that is needed and not look to pad the bill just to make a quick buck. I highly recommend Richard and 24 Seven Air Conditioning and will definitely be using him for any additional AC issues.

My A/C suddenly stopped working one day and I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Richard, who was extremely helpful. As soon I explained the problem, he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. He was very nice and patient while walking me through the process. And it worked! I called Richie on a hot Sunday evening, returning from a weekend away. House was hot and AC not working. Richie walked me through a diagnosis and stayed on the phone with me as to help me rectify so we could have AC that evening. Next morning I installed new inexpensive thermostat to permanently repair. He is one of a kind. Most repair guys would have generated a huge bill and made me wait through at least one hot night. Thanks Richie. You're a gentleman. Highly recommend his honest and efficient service.

This is the type of customer service that I greatly appreciate and will call when I need repair and service in the future. The community has spoken and they were right! All the recommendations were 100% true. I called 24 Seven Air Conditioning and spoke to Richard who did everything he could over the phone to resolve the issue I was having with my Nest thermostat install. He eventually solved my issue even after Nest customer service told me it was not compatible with my Trane AC unit. I would recommend anyone with AC issues call him, I know I'm never calling another AC person after dealing with Richard. You got a customer for life. Thanks again!

Second - Richie/24 Seven are amazing. Covid is hitting hard, and rightfully Richie is avoiding entering homes as much as possible. So instead of charging me to diagnose my condensate issue, he walked me through exactly how to repair, and even texted back and forth to check my work!
AND THEN! The next day an unrelated issue came up and he called me back within a few minutes and fixed that issue for me too!

Gave Richie a call this morning because my AC was freezing up. He was super helpful right away letting me know what the possible issues are. Richie showed up in record time (he was close by). He explained what he was going to do and what he was doing as he was doing it. Very transparent and honest. In the end my AC needed a a recharge.
It is hard to find a honest and transparent service provider but Richie hit the mark. I highly recommend 24 Seven AC.

Mr Richie is an angel . I called him late Sunday night and left a message with him and he called us right back and scheduled a service call for the air conditioning at 8:00 am. He called 20 min ahead that he's on the way and showed up before 8am. When we turned on the unit to diagnose it turned on right away. So he refused to take any money, even though it was raining hard and he had to later into a few inches of water to get to the unit.
This man is professional and a good human being. 10 Stars for him and he will be recommended to all my family and friends

This review is long time in coming. I just put the app on my iPhone. So now it's real convenient. A while ago, I came home on a Friday night to an incredibly hot house. Saturday morning I called up Richard at 24 seven air conditioning. He was leaving one job on his way to the next and was passing by my neighborhood. He said he would be able to stop by. My timing was great.
He came and fixed my air conditioner. Total time was just overan hour total from the phone call till completion. His price was incredibly reasonable especially considering it was a Saturday morning. He wasted no time diagnosing

We called Richie to come fix our ac and do a service on it. He was super nice and talked us through some quick troubleshooting steps to identify the problem we were having. Turns out that with his help we solved the problem and he also gave us helpful tips on how to care for our ac unit and save money! We are truly astonished that someone would be that honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I called 24/7 early in the morning and I spoke with Richard Parrish, he kindly open a time into his schedule and he came in less than one hour. Also, He checked my AC unit (inside and out) and it was perfectly fine.
He gave me few tips about how to do in certain situations when AC is not working properly and guess what? He didn't charge me NOTHING!!! even though he took the time to come here

Richard, as this is turning out to be a he said she said I am just going to state this one last fact. I called your company to replace a broken fan motor in my a/c unit, you told a client to do it yourself to save money. I tried to do it and it didn't work, I asked you how much more is it going to cost to now fix it. You could have chosen to give me a fair price to come out to fix my problem but and I would have updated my review and your rating but instead You, Richard, chose to fly off the handle, threaten me, call me names and for some reason post my full name(which by the way really doesn

You can't be serious.... there are still trustworthy A/C guys in this world? The answer to that is YES! Here we go... I'm in that vulnerable state of mind, this is Florida with temperatures reaching past 90 degrees and my A/C is acting up, I mean at this point I'm ready to pay whatever it cost to get over this. After reading the reviews for this company, I was crossing my fingers that they were all true. I spoke with Richard who immediately asked me what was going on, I explained the situation and he then walked me through the process of what I needed to do which ultimately worked

God bless him and his family!! It's hard to find people that won't take you to the bank now a days. He's very honest and very helpful!!!
