Was having trouble both with my A/C Unit and contacting my regular repair guy. My guy couldn't fix the problem anyway after 6 -7 attempts. Called these fellows and they set me straight on the problem and since I was fed up with my old system, we decided to put in another unit, a Trane instead of the problem Rheem unit.
They installed it as a competitive price, showed up on time and came back immediately the next day to replace a switch that was defective. Since then, Randy is my guy. Would definitely recommend this company. Replaced all of my duct work and the AC unit. Were there on time and did a wonderful job at a fair price.
Randy the owner was there during the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction, which is not an easy task. Thank you so much for the excellent job you did replacing 6 of our plant roof top air conditioning units. You provided the up front expertise and knowledge to assure us you could do the job right but you also did it better than we could have expected!

My husband and I recently bought a house and were disappointed that despite having a relatively new Air conditioner, the house was cooling slowly and sometimes, it felt like, not at all. Eventually we concluded it was the duct work that needed to be redone, which is not an inexpensive endeavor.
A friend recommended Randy and Randy Jr who are the proprietors of O Too Cool. These guys are super friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. The other companies we interviewed were unprofessional, disorganized and left us with the vague feeling that we were getting ripped off. We got three bids
