It took a little longer then we expected but it had nothing to do with them it was cause of the covid thing going on but when they finally got a unit for me they came out on a SATURDAY......to get the job done for me. They came with great personality and happy to finally make it out to our house. The job was done nice and smooth and quick. Even answered questions that i had that had nothing to do with the A/C . Great job thanks Kelly's

I had an appointment scheduled and they told me they would arrive between 8AM and 10AM. No one showed up and no one contacted me. I called them twice to find out what was going on and no one answered. The call went to voicemail. I left them a voicemail message and no one called me back. I had to miss work for this and they completely wasted my time. Now I have to hire someone else and take another day off from work.

Look elsewhere. I've had years of ongoing frustration, problems, and expense with their furnace install. Today, the secretary thought she was qualified to diagnose the problem and actually hung up on me after telling me I should find another contractor. Seems to be another case of "on the job training".
I would add that initially this company could not identify the solution to short cycling and had to call on a sales rep to find the problem. After the great frustration, wasted time and possibly further damage I called on another repair company for ongoing problems that I am starting to now see
